Our Active Adventure programme is a physical programme of adventure activities. It has been designed specifically to promote healthy exercise, while also introducing young people to the benefits of co-ordination and teamwork.
Through this fun-filled activity, our instructors subtly draw out the ‘best’ in each and every pupil – the guests are encouraged to try their hand at challenges they might never before have dreamed of tackling.
Their self-confidence soars. Every participant walks away with a new-found self-belief, and a real pride in what they have achieved. Thus, they become more open to new learning experiences, and develop the resources to approach seemingly impossible challenges with a new vigour.
Our timetable permits six sessions of activities per day – ranging from team-building challenges to timeless target pursuits, and throwing in a few adrenaline-pumping adventures along the way.
